Aluminum Die Casting Mould for Battery Cases PRODUCT OVERVIEW Battery cases must be leak-tight and dimensionally stable - porosity is the enemy. Our battery case moulds are engineered with high-efficiency venting and optimized gate speed to keep castings dense, so they pass helium and water-leak tests without rework. SPECIFICATIONS - Casting alloy: ADC12 / AlSi10Mg / A380 - Mould steel: 2344 ESR vacuum heat treated - Mould life: 80,000+ shots - Sealing surface flatness: controlled to [0.05 mm] - Lead time: 35-45 days APPLICATIONS Power tool battery packs, energy storage modules, EV auxiliary battery housings and BMS enclosures. QUALITY CONTROL X-ray inspection on critical zones, leak test on trial castings, CMM report included. We supply battery case castings and moulds to European customers on regular schedules.
