Injection Mould Manufacturing & Precision Mold Machining PRODUCT OVERVIEW We provide complete injection mould manufacturing - from mould design and steel procurement to cavity/core machining, fitting, trial and shipment. All critical machining is done in-house: CNC milling, precision grinding, wire-cut EDM and mirror polishing, controlled at +/-0.01 mm on key dimensions. CAPABILITIES - Mould sizes up to [1,200 x 1,000 mm] platen - CNC machining, deep drilling, wire-cut and sinker EDM - Precision grinding and polishing (texturing on request) - Mould assembly, trial and adjustment on our own injection machines QUALITY CONTROL Each mould stage is inspected: steel hardness, hardness report, cavity dimension check by CMM, and a full mould trial report with sample photos before packing.
